Mainly developed for mixed feed factories. The program have Single + Batch +
Multi Blend and Maintenance applications. Single blend module prepares formulas
for Batch and Multiblend modules by Least Cost solution with Limits (Fix, Lower, Upper) for Feed Ingredients (FI), Nutrients, FI
Groups + Nut. Ratios + FI Combinations. Batch solution process all formula files and produces report for
certain periods and production quantities. Maintenance app which include Nutrient
control and Matrix Data entry, Equation Writing, DBF manipulation etc. Multiblend module include, Marginal
economic analysis, Scarce FI Distribution, Similar FI create, Minimum production amount, Sum
or Single solution reports with production amount entered for certain time period. Because
of the multiblend capabilities, it is our most comprehensive program. In addition to
text-based editors, Html, PDF and Excel reports can be obtained.The operation logo can be
integrated to the program. |
